At FNP Sarees UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders Only)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts the day after you receive your order.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you notify us.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be free from perfumes, deodorant marks, stains, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsellable condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Custom Items)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, in line with UK law:

  • Blouses (stitched or altered)

  • Custom-made or tailored items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items altered at the customer’s request


4. Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return postage will be covered by us in these cases.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges are refunded only if the item is faulty


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: customer pays return postage

  • Faulty or incorrect items: we cover return postage

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
